Glasshopper Auto Glass
Of all the companies in business to replace your automobile glass, do you know one you can trust?
I do! Glasshopper.
We have thoroughly investigated their business practices, and we can't find any customer complaints whatsoever in the six years Glasshopper has been in operation.
I say 6 years, but really owners Shawn Hewitson and James Lerdahl go back more than 10 years in the auto glass replacement business, forming Glasshopper after purchasing the previous business where both were technicians.
That experience gets customers more than just a guy or a gal who gets hired on with a little training in windshield replacement. Customers of Glasshopper get employees who are actually seasoned experts in their field.
The owners say the result is attention to detail. For example, all moldings around the glass are new. And all paint from which old moldings are removed is primed. The result is the replacement glass looks factory new.
And one more thing: Glasshopper is a member of the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards Council. A company doesn't just sign up for that. AGRSS requires each technician to be trained to match windshield replacements with the safety standards of a particular car. Air bag deployment, for example, is sometimes dependent on proper windshield installation. If not for the training, improper replacement could actually be dangerous. These owners know. There are times when they are called in to re-do a job someone else has done incorrectly!
Glasshopper has another huge convenience for customers: Insurance. The company is so experienced at dealing with various insurance companies, that if your windshield cracked, you can just about turn the car over to Glasshopper, and the job will be done and paid for.
So, it's attention to detail, customer service, and customer satisfaction that makes me proud to declare the once small shop in Ogden that is now a statewide operation, Glasshopper Gephardt Approved.
